Remote video monitoring works

       First, the video signal from each camera is input to a video capture terminal. Then, the video capture terminal converts the video signal into a 25-frame/sec digital image through an MPEG-4 image compression algorithm, and compresses the compressed audio and video data flow. It is forwarded to the video monitoring center through the optical fiber network; finally, the monitoring computer of the video monitoring center decompresses the received image and sound data from the front end and performs real-time monitoring through the computer display screen and sound card.

      When an alarm occurs, the alarm decoder will link the alarm output device and input the alarm signal to the video terminal through the alarm decoder and transmit it to the monitoring center. The video server of the monitoring center will send a sound signal and record the alarm event immediately after receiving the alarm signal. ,DVR recording and other alarm operations.

      Camera control, arming and other control signals are transmitted downstream. The monitoring center monitors the host and sends out various control signals. After the video acquisition terminal receives the control signal, it passes the pan/tilt lens controller or directly controls the camera, or completes the arming operation.

      The system uses hardware compression software decompression technology, and adds corresponding software on the computer terminals of related departments or through the Web function of IE browser that comes with Windows to realize the remote video monitoring function and set it as a video monitoring workstation.

      Network communication uses TCP/IP and network multicast technology to maximize the use of network transmission performance and network bandwidth to avoid network congestion.

      System Structure The remote video surveillance system consists of a system substation and a dispatch center master station. The substations of the system are located in subordinate coal mines, power plants and substations, which need to be monitored. They are mainly composed of video capture terminals, computer network connection equipment, cameras, alarm probes, and alarm decoders. They are responsible for the collection of audio and video signals and alarm signals. Digitalization and use of existing computer networks for video/alarm information transmission and remote monitoring between sites and dispatch centers. The main station of monitoring and dispatching center is mainly composed of video management server, browser, computer network connection equipment, remote monitoring and video server software. The monitoring center can manage multiple collection stations through the network, can switch and control to any monitoring site, and implement overall monitoring, so as to achieve video surveillance of the entire region. Through the network, it not only can browse live video of each monitoring point in real time, but also can remotely access the recording files of the collection station and download the video files, and can also record at the monitoring center.

      The remote video surveillance system can adapt to different communication networks and can be Ethernet, E1, wireless LAN or other transmission channels.
